Could you try using `certification: G` instead, and see if movies are returned?
`tmdb_popular` will fetch the 30 most popular in TMDb, then match that against your library.
Those currently aren't supported by the module we're using, but I'll open an issue to request it.
Looks like like the `popular` list is supported, but not `recommended`.
The script doesn't currently work with duplicates, but it's something planned for a later release.
