Feature Request: Rescan Failed Download With Missing Files

It would be nice if downloads that fail with the error `Mount path ... does not exist!` or `Cannot find file ...`, we're able to check if the file now...

Not sure `Torrent maximum lifetime` is working

I have this set to 120 and files don't seem to be placed in error after 2 hours of downloading. What is this setting supposed to do?
