TabBar buttons won't return from a pushed page in Android. Works in iOS.

Also affected by this! Can't come up with a workaround besides reimplementing the TabBar 😒. Can anyone think of a way to detect that second tap?

`Frame` is apparently there for [legacy reasons](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/maui/user-interface/controls/frame?view=net-maui-7.0). Consider using `Border` instead (untested).

How is this still an issue almost a year and half later🤔 ? The above is not a working solution if the objective is to center the title text horizontally...

Support envfile for tasks.json

I'm missing the envFile as an option for a .Net Core Launch configuration (for .gitignore reasons). Shouldn't it be available for all configurations and tasks that start processes?
