Rename debug option

I agree. I was hesitant to enable this for non-dev envs as I wasn't sure what else `--debug` might do.

Browserify output is non-deterministic. Trying to cache-bust using hash of bundle contents.

Refreshed only when I open Safari

Same problem for me. The tabs in CloudyTabs are stale until I open Safari, then they update. Of course this defeats the purpose of CloudyTabs...
