I am experiencing this using neovim v0.9.5 on Fedora. `filetype.vim` and `init.vim` (both from Polyglot) are taking about 100ms each
I am having this issue with `protoc` 3.19.6 and `tonic` 0.9 on Fedora 39. Commands in the description give me the same error
Works for me on JuiceSSH
