AttributeError: 'GroupedFlowablesState' object has no attribute 'column_widths'

Observed the bug with both `master` and `0.5.2` on Elementary OS Linux with Python 3.8.5 and Sphinx 3.5.1. adding `column_widths = 0` in the constructor of `GroupedFlowablesState` is a workaround...
