No it is open. I've had no time for it, so I would be happy if someone will implement it.
The people picker for 2013 already works like that. For 2010 I think it is not easy to get the experience like the OOB experience, but feel free.
Hi, you can try to order both of your network settings (with drag&drop) like this: Hotspot Ethernet Then check the box to "stop after detecting this network" on Hotspot.
Please make sure, that you have the AddIn subfolder and it contains the addin dll's
You can try to open the Event Viewer and have a look in the "Application" log. There should be an entry for the crashed application.

I want to add, that I think the main issue here is: why does the Android App always sync all albums again an again? There should be a last modified...
