I never restarted apparmor rather I used `sudo service apparmor reload`.

It didn't actually build though because the epoch did not change.

I'm closing this with the impression that https://github.com/chainguard-dev/melange/pull/1372 fixed it. If I'm wrong please reopen it and let me know!
