library(sf) crashes radian

I just found out after 3 weeks of trying to install 'sf' that it works fine in vanilla R but it's only in radian that it crashes: radian r$> lib('sf')...

render parameter for SVG in echarts JSON

The json doesn't contain the renderer parameter if you set it as "svg". Do you think that can be added to the json as well somehow? relate to #560 @rdatasculptor
