Custom "return message"

Is it possible to set a custom return message in a function or a procedure that would then show up in the job_run_details table?

Hopefully easy on your end but makes a big difference here. Please add support for "sudo apt install -y postgresml-16" as right now it only goes up to 15

seems like is_inc_v is no longer being used in the csv files so it keeps failing at start
