Upgrade to Angle brackets and ES Classes

upgrade the internals to use angle bracket invocation in HBS files and ES classes for backing JS. NOTE: Need to include the decorator addon

if a paragraph that overflows maybe we break the paragraph instead of moving the whole thing to the next page?

Need to cleanup all the console spew and commented out code. Also make sure the component APIs are consistent (e.g. PageMeta in some places and just a hash in others)

Currently mostly works in Chrome & Firefox, but needs testing in other supported browsers.
