Problem when run packages with laravel 9.0

Is PHP Desktop compatible with Laravel latest ( versrion 10.x now )? PHP 8.1 is the minimum-required PHP version in Laravel 10.x PHP latest version now is: PHP 8.3.3

Support for Laravel 12.x

Yaap/theme can not run on Laravel new version 12.x. How can I run this packages on Laravel version 12.x ?
