Any updates on this? I'm using ELT is a few projects and this is an issue for one of them. I'm willing to help move this forward.
I wrote a custom middleware to handle this use case for us so I'm fine with closing this. I'll revisit this once the Okta Node SDK is stable.
You need to do a search and replace on '.@each' and replace with '.[]'. That will solve your problem until you NPM update.
