UPDATE: I did a bit of trial and error but now I got the slash commands working using v7 (found I didn't have all the files yet everything worked, anyway)...
Open a new command terminal (in admin) type the following: `cd C:\Users\byoun\Downloads\DiscordJS-V14-ModMail-Bot-main\ && node index.js`
Have you set the indents on the discord dev portal? (where you made the bot and got the token from)
It will be a big job, yes. But in the long term its much more easier and modular to create new features in the future plus if mongo goes down...
