Orientation Doesn't work anymore

Try download a library from NPM... check here https://github.com/deltoss/d3-mitch-tree/issues/135 I use this function : `.setOrientation('topToBottom')`

Hi.. This bug present also in new version 3.7.6, so we downupgrade to 3.7.3 . I know you can also do an alternative function for resize ()
