Use annotations to mark test Specs and/or features as @RegTest or not.

If the method commandExists is a static method it should work in they way you described it.

Change postForEntity -> exchange, should be getForEntity -> exchange

Only found in `adding-spring-security/README.adoc` the following " We switch from `TestRestTemplate.postForEntity(...)` to `TestRestTemplate.exchange(...)`, as needed to pass the header.", but that is actually correct.
