I ran into the same issue. Hacked the code, it works nicely so i can continue developing our app while this gets fixed the proper way, and released. in Former/Form/Group.php,...

I don't remove anything, and I have no clue how jQM does the page changes internally, but for sure scroll spying stops after a page change away from and back...
id does something now towards the end, but the first half of the file is still uncompressed.
