It seems Google is changing the URL formatting for their update of Google Books from books.google.com/… to google.com/books/… Right now reftag handles the latter with an error.

Added three items in different categories (Linea Sketch, PDF Expert, and Fission) I wasn't totally follwing some of the categorization logic, so Linea Sketch and Fission might be better suited...
