Support border-radius on span elements

Span tags in mPDF support most of the border settings except border-radius. Adding this capability would improve rendering for Bootstrap labels

Just added simple getters and setters for the fill property. You are now able to change the fill on the fly including redraw.

Support digest authentication

A lot of services use digest authentication instead of basic. It would be great if this was supported. Currently basic is hardcoded within the sources.
