Are these listed as dependencies? eg in package lock file ... we can only guess
please provide the correct versions, there is no such release of ODC, the latest being 7.1.1, also you have failed to provide your previous version... Some upgrades require additional actions...
please try with a currently supported version eg 7.1.0 and not one more than a year old

That seems to be a bug; - editing a page and then pressing cancel results in a confirmation message, - editing a message, pressing preview and then cancel does not...
