I support that - there are metadata schemas such as the DataCite schema that has repeatable fields (e.g. there can be several creators)

Same here - one usage events log file is just not processed with the same errors as OP reported. Log files are between 3 M and 21 M.

@jesusbagpuss - just checked on our OJS installation - yes, indeed so The patch by @drn05r https://github.com/eprints/eprints3.4/issues/261 does include now the generation of these attributes.

We see this issue, too. Having good system performance for submitters and editors that do daily work in the system is essential. Having to wait 30 seconds is a no-go....
