[BUG] 中文汉化不全

Yes the official https://it-tools.tech is fine. It’s not possible to use the official image

[Bug Report] el-select 多选模式下默认值中含有不可编辑的选项，tag标签还是可以清除

在 filterable 可以输入的模式下依然有这个情况，按键backspace也是可以删除掉的
