@hoffmabc I made the windows loader icon a PNG instead of a gif. This will help with the quality issues until I can figure out how to make high quality...

Adding a `fullyFunded` boolean to the purchases API will enable the client to display when an order is in **Paid** state. For more info, see: https://github.com/OpenBazaar/openbazaar-desktop/issues/621
