I am also seeing this. Have downgraded to 0.6.0 as that seems to be the last version without this issue.

This seems to be caused by the use of `` on the `` element `` which relies on the [client-side media query](https://github.com/Shopify/polaris/blob/8c57ef54e58dc008f23cfe64f91062f0d2d99542/polaris-react/src/components/Page/components/Header/Header.tsx#L93) to determine if `isNavigationCollapsed`.
