I got the same problem: no compiler for arm was found in the NDK (tried D:\Cache\AS\SDK\ndk\25.1.8937393\toolchains\llvm\prebuilt\windows-x86_64\bin\armv7a-linux-androideabi16-clang). Make sure your NDK version is >= r19c. Use `sdkmanager --update` to update it
