I have the same exact problem. It does not restart.
Finally got it working after repeatedly trying to start it. Also I had to start it the first several times from elevated command prompt and not the batch file even...
Sorry guess it won't link directly to the app. Yes the chat app Line.
Nothing more to report. I woke up in the morning and opened up side bar and clicked on a bolded page that had update. Nothing I had a blank page....
Well so far so good with updating again.. Strange why I would of had to downgrade then re-upgrade to make it work again.
Yeah strange behavior anyone the way I got mine back was to install the previous version then re-update but Sneakypete may need some log or you to try some things...
Thanks the pre-release fixed it for myself too.
