Evaluation errors submitting my test results to the PASCAL server

I test the pascal voc 2012 data, and submit my test results to the evaluation serber. I got the following Evaluation errors: http://host.robots.ox.ac.uk:8080/eval/view_submission/17144/ Anybody knows how to solve it? Thanks!

 如图，训练和测试样本都是5000个，随机从oppo_round1_train_20180929.txt中采样的

训练loss正常下降，验证loss下降缓慢

训练集使用的oppo_round1_train_20180929.txt 验证使用的oppo_round1_vali_20180929.txt 请问有人遇到相似情况吗 

Coule not open the dataset link https://scanproject.blob.core.windows.net/scan-data/data.zip and https://scanproject.blob.core.windows.net/scan-data/vocab.zip. Could anyone please give an alternative dataset link. Thanks!
