Add support for only reading tables from specified schemas

I actually looked into the `code` and even using a different schema for the `serv` package was not preventing it from generating **graphql** `queries`, `mutations` etc for other schemas. So...

I had the same issue https://github.com/luccahuguet/yazelix/issues/18 Didn't understand this issue before opening #18 so closed it now.

I just tested it with `nu` and now it works
