As far as I can see the TVs are automatically packages from the selection of templates, I couldn't find anywhere to manually select or deselect TVs. I've found sometimes unrelated...

If you create a custom namespace, it is not added to the package, and not installed. Very important to have this right.

Sorry if this is already in the package somewhere but I can't find it - how can I add a readme and changelog to the theme packages?
