systemd: add sandboxing options

Adds some [systemd sandboxing options](https://www.freedesktop.org/software/systemd/man/systemd.exec.html) to the service file. Ported from NixOS/nixpkgs#74700. Might be good idea to test it some more before merging:)

Option to disable banlist metrics

I'm using a [banlist](https://github.com/fort-nix/nix-bitcoin/blob/master/modules/banlist.cli.txt) that's got ~5000 entries which make the exporter output huge. It's not fatal but it's not ideal either. I wonder if there's some more elegant solution...

Seems like I've got -1 IPv4s left even though I only have 1 VPS (ID 15511) with one IPv4.
