Depends on #161. When the app is built during image creation the bundle can be copied over to a fresh image that doesn't have `node_modules` and build system deps.

Use the commit template in the default body template

Would be nice if setting the `COMMIT_TEMPLATE` env was enough to get both the title and body links working. Right now only the title link works.
