ng-rollbar.min.js does not reference the correct rollbar version

In the latest release (2.4.2) I believe the file ng-rollbar.min.js was not (correctly) generated. It references 2.3.9 instead of 2.4.2: https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/rollbar.js/2.3.9/rollbar.min.js
