I'm quite perplexed here - I think I must implement [all of this](https://rcos.io/static/internal_docs/src/serde_json/value/index.rs.html#NaN) for `Document`, but I don't know for sure. I'd be very grateful for any hints.

Fix `Debug`/`Display` impl on `DateTime`

I'll handle `Debug`! RFC-3339 for `Debug` as well?
