The controller deployment [references](https://github.com/Skyscanner/kms-issuer/blob/3ee48e5d992f6faf721ebbfd9531123bce72ca0e/deploy/kubernetes/kms-issuer.yaml#L506) an image that is not pushed to the docker [registry](https://hub.docker.com/r/skyscanner/kms-issuer). How are others installing this in an automated fashion?
