Strange shadow below the popup

Any idea from where that shadow comes from? On keyboard appear it disappears. It only appears on background blur. In previous versions I haven't noticed this behaviour. 

On device rotation current tab indicator line is duplicated & placed incorrectly.

Sliding to prev or next page automatically fixes the UI problem.
