Epub inline equations aren't rendered

In the Epub download, inline equations aren't rendered/formatted. They are just raw Sphinx syntax e.g.: ``` \[\begin{split}\begin{align} f'(W_1) = -x_1(y - (W_1 x_1 + W_2 x_2 + W_3 x_3)) \\...

Fixes bug in stateFullNameFromAbbreviation so that it correctly returns the state full name

Before it was returning the nil result of an invalid dictionary lookup.
