Common bug for me as well. Mainly while using MCP servers that use json structure within chat thread (sequentialthinking, etc).

@dicksontsai : suggestion for the future. Create /model: planmode option that allows user to define model for planning and model for execution. More choice = more happiness / fewer complaints.
Same. Haven't confirmed the cause, but I've got a stack of 35 corrupted ~/.claude.json config files piled up over 3 weeks.
same...seems like it has to do with git versioning -- image read was working fine until i made my first commits.
Second this. Seems like the same issue as [#14820](https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/14820) Significant impediment to functionality.

@ollie-anthropic any thoughts on this? Would allow a lot of user creativity around proxy mcp servers, which could free up context.
