Grunt-BBB examples no longer work because repo has been emptied

Looking at the [commits](https://github.com/backbone-boilerplate/grunt-bbb/commits/master) for grunt-bbb, it appears the author is closing down the project. The book examples could use the [Yeoman generator](https://github.com/backbone-boilerplate/generator-bbb) instead.

The compiled source file in /build and the original source files in /lib/php both set a global constant ZOTERO_URI to a URL that is not the URL the production API....
