Currently, the mac address is not constant and keeps on changing, how do I set my own mac address for nrf24l01?

I want to change the UUID of nrf24l01. What is the maximum size of the UUID?

Whenever i include this line in my sketch the BLE disappears. Without this line i can detect nrf24l01 on BLE detection apps.
