When using the helper package `@protobuf-ts/protoc` to install the `protoc` compiler in an environment where no direct internet access is available but a proxy is configured through the environment variables...

- group owners should be able to "freeze" or "archive" a group, making it read only - users should have to ability to hide archived groups in the group list...

currently the registration flow, in particular the email confirmation is a bit weird there is no recovery in case the registration link times out
