The tabs themselves don't seem to be working correctly on that page, there is somehow 6 tabs nested within eachother. https://ddev.readthedocs.io/en/latest/users/quickstart/#drupal

With the tabs 'fixed' for now (I will still continue improving them), what's the status of this PR? Is there still testing required?
