When the user sets up a port for Blackbox / Telemetry / Serial Rx / GPS on the 'Ports' tab, enable the corresponding feature on the Configuration tab.
This is to give users a more intuitive way to get into the firmware flasher, and remove the confusion around the 'Connect' button being visible when in the firmware flasher.
