I'm afraid I don't have a jailbroken device at the moment, so I can't confirm
After setting proxy in Proxy Switcher, does the proxy show under Settings -> WiFi -> [Connected network] -> HTTP Settings?
I'm afraid I haven't had time to research how to include Credentials, and don't have a jailbroken device at the moment :/
