Instead of a command line parameter, this could work so that the the most recent connection is retried. This address could be stored (`/var/lib`?) so it is remembered between restarts.
I added the LED output parameters to the HID report descriptor, and so my Linux box sends the messages correctly. Tested with an iPad, and unfortunately it does not set...
My solution was to append `digest-algo SHA512` to the `/data/.gnupg/gpg.conf` file
