Would it be enough to just add the process name in [here](https://github.com/coolstar/electra/blob/0efc63bfd088caba2ec47e942bca820c6b547988/basebinaries/pspawn_payload/pspawn_payload.m#L59)?
why not just putting an array of strings with supported locales? if the current locale isn't in it, fall back to english.
Sorry. I must've mistaken flipswitch with flipcontrolcenter. Either way a quick path to bluetooth/wifi/cellular settings would be great.
