What about something like the [AWS Redshift Advisor](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/redshift/latest/dg/access-advisor.html)? It's a simple, nonintrusive, advisor for Redshift. We could put it within Configuration, showing a small warning. E.g.: Recommended shared_buffers: 512MB. If...
