@dgshue apologies "config" was a misnomer. I deleted the [https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_Monitoring/AzureMonitoringBrowseBlade/~/privateLinkScopes] (AMPLS) itself. And then the [https://portal.azure.com/#view/HubsExtension/BrowseResource/resourceType/Microsoft.Network%2FprivateDnsZones](Private DNS Zones) it had created.
