Klondike won't show package unless you specify "all versions"

It was copied to Klondike's package directory.

can't use ScriptWithSourceMapBundle() with GenerateBundleResponse?

Missing assembly

I ran into this. I was able to get it to work by building it myself.

I forked the project and upgraded it to the latest markdownsharp, as the markdownsharp version checked in here has a lot of problems. https://github.com/mhenry1384/posh-markdown I'll check out pandoc too.
