failed to set hardware filter to promiscuous mode with Windows 11

I, too, was able to resolve my error (Windows 11 / Wireshark 4.0.1) by downgrading npcap from 1.71 to 1.60. Thanks for the info!

showconfig.inc.php changed svn_log() and svn_diff() to Process()

I'm checking in to see if I need to complete anything else. I updated the code to use the Config::locateBinary() function to locate the full path of the svn binary...
