As @majkshkurti mentioned the new python dijkstra (#1386) consumes unrealistic memory. I should check reduce the memory consumption for the dijkstra.

I'm going to use the python profile library named [tracemalloc](https://docs.python.org/3/library/tracemalloc.html) to profile the memory consumption (as discussed [here](https://stackoverflow.com/a/45679009/1951027))
